Dr. Amber Estes-Speese is a mother of five young adults and is recently widowed from the late Dr. Dwain K. Speese. As a native of Chicago, Dr. Estes-Speese attends Crusaders Ministries of Chicago, Illinois where her Overseer and Senior Pastor is Apostle John Eckhardt. She attributes most of her teaching and training under his ministry. Dr. Estes-Speese obtained her bachelor’s degree in Family and Human Services from Northern Illinois University and will receive her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Trinity Christian College in 2019. She received her Honorary Doctorate degree in Divinity for Humanitarian Services at the Heart Bible Institute University in February 2018. She is the founder of King’z Heart Foundation, which provides services to single moms, the homeless, and needy families to help them obtain a better life for themselves. Dr. Estes-Speese is a faithful prayer warrior and intercessor for the Kingdom of God and wants to be the solution to meeting needs, solving problems, and empowering people into their purpose.

Ordained Minister, Illinois Board Certified Addiction & Family Counselor. Served as program director for Grace House for women exiting Illinois correctional system. Roberta M. Coleman is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and currently completely her MBA in NonProfit Management at National Louis University. She is the Founder, President, CEO, ED of Kabod House International. Her heart is for the homeless and unhoused. She believes that helping the homeless by giving them what they need and not what we think they need can help bring them hope.

Dori Lawrence-Sims serves as the King’z Heart Foundation Board Treasurer. She’s a CPA by trade with a Master’s Degree in Accounting – the owner of Trinity Tax & Financial Service; a Special Events Coordinator by profession with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management – the owner of Confetti Reddi Events. And the founder and Executive Director of the Circle of Life Center 4 Hope Sickle Cell Disease Foundation. She’s a devoted advocate for SCD; very active in sickle cell disease spaces and the community – working with a variety of organizations advocating for Sickle Cell Disease; Homelessness and Community Development Initiatives.

Colette is a very creative and compassionate person who cares for others' needs and wellbeing. She has been assisting Kingz Heart Foundation as the board secretary for about 3 years. Her administrative skills and overall contributions & support are exemplary.
